It is free to walk around the walls of this dominant Alcazar located not far from the centre of Toro with its great views to the River Duero, the Stone Bridge and surrounding countryside.

We had a private group tour as part of a conference and got to see the view and sunset from the top. Great view of the 'stone bridge' below and vineyards in the distance on one side and the town on the other.

The Alcazar is now open to the public and has the Tourist Office within. A walk around the battlements gives unbeatable views and is free of charge. The interior is work in progress and when completed will be an asset to this small town.
