A welcome tribute to the Americans who flew from the UK in war and peace. An excellent collection of aircraft trace the WWII and postwar U.S. Air Force's efforts in the UK. The WWII types take center stage, and you'll see the B-17 and B-24...More

Took time to visit this display before the airshow started. Every space has been used, with aircraft of all shapes and sizes being meticulously arranged like a giant jigsaw to get them all in. There is also a room dedicated to the American Airmen who...More

Large purpose built building at the far end of the airfield with a large selection of rare American planes, some on the ground and some suspended from the ceiling.

Lovely hanger within the IWM Duxford. Not too sure on the new roped layout in the museum, before you get to walk round planes, now you get stuck and have to back track. Easy access for all ages.
