First confession - I didn’t want to go here. Second confession- my husband’s family are obsessed with cycling. Right, that said half the party didn’t know anything about cycling and still enjoyed it immensely. The museum is a fascinating collection of bikes and photos about...More

This was less of a visit and more of a pilgrimage. After having read about this place for years, it was wonderful to see in person. The chapel and grounds are beautiful, and the pieces of cycling history inside are second to none. A great,...More

I am pleased to say I cycled to this chapel 3 times in 4 days. On each occasion I said a pray of thanks which served me well as I am not very good at descending. As other people have said the cycling history is...More

I was a little concerned that this might be a bit touristy or tacky but I found it to be quiet, spiritual and to be done rather well. It has a nice feel of a small private collection of memorabilia with nothing more important than...More

If you are interested in cycling history you absolutely have to visit this museum and chapel. The small church overlooks the lake and has the race bikes of the late Fabio Casartelli and Fausto Coppi amongst other memorabilia. The museum is much more extensive, retracing...More
