There are lots of places to build your sand castles - because the beach is wide, clean, sandy! The Baltic Sea in the Summertime is quite warm and enjoyable.

As this is more to the north west of Usedom beaches get a bit lesser frequented. But the sand is the same quality.

I've been to this lovely spot twice. Absolutely lovely and friendly. There are quaint places to buy ice cream and snacks and it isn't as crazy as other beaches on Usedom.

We had been visiting the relativeley sober museums at Peenemunde we fancied a bit of a chill and randomly stopped here. Never concidered the Baltic as a beach type destinantion but I was very pleasantly surprised.
Quite a quaint place really - nice little ice cream shops and cafes and a little path down to the beach. Very white and clean sand. Loads of little wicker wind breaks to hire.
Spent a very pleasant couple of hours just relaxing here - liked it a lot.
