It's big and has many brands but nothing extraordinary really. You easily can spend a half day here. Parking is free. If tomorrow go during the week it won't be crowded. Vicolungo is a more recent and trendy option.

Not sure. I went there in March. But they have huge discounts constantly from 30-90% all year round, so I really don't think it will make much difference when you go.
