Go for the tower, interesting facts inside if yo understand french. Great view from the top and also on the paths nearby. Well worth a quick visit.

To have a look at this Genovese tower and enjoy the views of Porto. Museum visit is questionable. Changing colour at night.

It's worth walking up the tour just for the view of Porto from the top. A morning or evening visit would be ideal, but walking it in the afternoon wasn't too bad. There is some historical stuff inside, but I didn't spend any time there.

This tower, as well as the path leading to it, offer amazing view of the Porto bay. I believe that the interior of the tower should offer more to the tourists e.g. art exhibitions (that is the reason that I am giving this sight a...More

Very nice and unique view of Porto bay. Count 2,5€/person which is very correct considering that you help the people of Porto preserving the place. Included an access to a small museum.

The entry fee is very modest, so no excuse to not climb this tower. The view is excellent and inside the tower you'll find lots of information about its turbulent history.

Take this easy hike when it's too windy to take a boat. Great view on the waves approaching the coast.

An easy walk up to the tower with some historical information inside and a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean.

Interesting museum and great views. A way to get the history in an entertaining fashion. Walk up with care. There is no Health and Safety so take walking shoes.

Oh yes, and it is not cheap. There many other places with spectecular views around the coast that come for free. Porto is a tourist trap to be avoided in holiday months
