Great way to spend day out of Don det! Have been there couple of times and tomorrow I will go again! Nice place to chill, meet new friends, take some drinks and enjoy. Really hig recomen from me. Special Thanks for lovely staff, Lao people and manager Manni! See you tomorrow!

Manni made us feel like home by being friendly and welcoming. The happy bar was by far the best place to stay on Don Det. Most importantly Manni was extremely good in an emergency where one of us immediately had to go to the nearest hospital. We could not have made it without his help. We give our absolute best recommendations to Manni and the happy bar.…

The boat cruise is only 50.000 Kip. We departed at 2 pm to an island with a beach, clean and with beautiful landscapes. We could get beers (15.000 Kip) and there were free shots. Had a lot of fun, enjoyed a beautiful sunset and had a good party. Totally recommended.

I ended up staying in Don Det 2 weeks, visited many bars and restaurants and done also boat trip with Happy Bar. It was great fun. We ended up getting enough people for 2 boats, sailed down Mekong and stopped at lovely local beach. Manni was a great host, took care of us very well (: Well recommended!…

The boat trips are great fun and so relaxing, you get to spend a great day taking in the beautiful scenery and chilling out and then enjoy the sunset on a secluded beach. Manni is such an awesome host! I also recommend staying in Happy Bar, the place has the best atmosphere and best options for enjoying the beautiful sunsets in tubes, hammocks, or just hanging out in the bar.…
