Had an amazing day out in kefalonia. The trip is a full day out and a lots of stuff is packed in to it. The guide Eli is something special she's very knowledgeable with the island and history. It was a pleasure to go with her 👌👌👌

I don’t do feed back usually, but on this occasion I feel obliged to . This is the second time I have been to Alikanas. I had the pleasure both times to meet an extraordinary lady , her name is Carmen. She works at the Golden dolphin , general travel agency. Carmen is fluent in many languages , but more to the point Carmen is extremely knowledgeable about all the boat trips that she has to offer. Carmen has the most beautiful nature , kind , helpful and extremely genuine. I went on two different boat trips , one was to shipwreck island and the second was a boat trip to see the turtles . Both journeys were a once in a life time experiences for me . I can say , without a doubt Carmen is an experience in her self ( in the best way ) Carmen and the wonderful journeys made my holiday. If you do choose to come to Alikanas, I hope you also have an exquisite time . I will be coming back, next time with my elderly parents . Happy Holidays

The team were fantastic on the full island cruise, pick up from Alykanas port at 8.30 (pick up from Alkes about 20 mins after) and dropped back off again at 16.30. The team were very friendly and welcoming, helping everyone on and off the boats. They had sick bags handy just in case and kept checking by asking around if everyone was ok. They were also on hand should you have any questions or problems. At the swimming stops (jump off or go down ladders) they tell you the time you have there and give you 10 min/ 5 min notice to get back on the boat. Also requesting that everyone respect others by being back on time - I loved that as even though we shouldn't need to be told, sometimes its needed! We weren't able to stop on Shipwreck Beach because the sea was rough, no problem as we still stopped for photos then moved around the corner for a replacement swim stop. If you do stop on Shipwreck beach and also turtle island (ice creams / lollies €2.50 & €3, hotdogs €4, burgers €6) it's worth knowing that it's a very busy beach with boats constantly pulling up and off so be aware of that. Worth taking sea shoes as the beaches are quite sharp, a bit like Lego in the sea! You're allowed to take small blow up things, not lilos and cameras are recommended for photos! After the turtle island stop, you'll spend time looking for turtles just off Laganas and then it's the trip home. This feels longer because no more stops, lots of people slept during this bit, plenty of room downstairs to snooze or just enjoy the breeze on the top. Don't forget suncream!

The lady in the office was super kind and a good seller but a liar. She painted much nicer picture of the wrack ship, blue caves and xiga beach trip than it actually was. "The glasse bottom" boat was two super dirty "basement" tiny windows. They were so dirty you couldn't see anything. Inside the boat was super hot - like no air hot. On the top of the boat the sun will kill you so kinda no place to hide. The boat was very old and dirty. The lady in the office said there will be 40 min stop for swimming for each destination. But in reality there was 40 min, 20 min and 15 min. Beach with the ship wrack was the only worth something. Even if there was way too many people! Like shopping center just before Christmas time many. And the big ships would be dropping off on the beach even more people all the time. And when they do they don't give a f. about people on the beach and in the water. They just go ahead and hope people will move away. Blue caves was a biggest disappointment. They look so much better on the pictures then in the real life. And you don't swim in blue caves just like in the open sea far away from blue caves. Same with xiga beach. Only there water is super stinky and the boat crew will try to convince you it's good for your skin. Haven't even see any beach where we were. I don't think this trip was worth 30 euro.
