Nirwana may not have control over oil spills on their beach, but they have plenty of rooms that they can offer as upgrade to make their guests feel appreciated. Look for other better options. Everything is extremely overpriced and no option to go out for cheaper food and drinks. Don’t make the mistake to prepay or to lock in prices. Our original booking was almost 50% more than when we checked in. We asked management to give us an upgrade and they rudely refused. The place was quite empty, so it was not that there was no room in the inn. Breakfast is the only highlight of the entire four-night stay. We are never coming back.

do not go its painfully costly they charge money for every thing except oxygen and swimming pool, the food is NOT for indians as only 5 to 6 couples visit in one month - there is NO VEG the resort has only smiling staff - but they do not help but give reasons, the reception is not polite and their exchange rate is horrible

Our trip to the Elephant Park at Nirwana Gardens was unforgettable. My mom and I were made to feel at ease riding these huge creatures and chatted away with the Mahouts who were more than happy to practice their English. After a 30 minute trek we returned to the park for photos and the Mahouts were happy to snap away or pose for pictures beside the elephants. An experience not to be missed!

I just finish my Nirwana Beach club hotel stay and it is horrible... there is no phone, no kettle, pillow is stained, old accommodation, my gosh it is so bad that we upgraded our room the second day to stay in Nirwana gardens... cos the place is bad to the max... my advice for those staying in Nirwana beach club for an absolute upgrade of room into something more reasonable... such as Nirwana gardens to enjoy the stay to enjoy the good service and facility, the location of the Nirwana group property is a great place, the view is beautiful and the sea is beautiful and the service was excellent in Nirwana garden not Nirwana beach club. It is important to bring enough money there as food is generally expensive, i think my cheapest meal is SGD55 for two so every meal is about SGD55-80 for the past two days. Do not bother to change to rupee for the trip... as everything is in SGD, even after i pay them in rupee they return me in SGD for change... so generally, yes it is a beautiful place with a price tag and good services but nothing to do with Nirwana Beach club, pls do your upgrade

This place is great for a cheap stay if you are in Singapore. It is just a short ferry ride. The Nirwana Beach Club is basic but clean. If you have stayed at a caravan park for a week or more then give this place a try. Basic huts is the accommodation but you get your own bathroom, the all you can eat breakfast is great. While you sit eating you breakfast you overlook the wonderful beach. The kids loved being able to have breakfast and the step off the balcony and play in the sand on the beach while we finished ours. We love this place so much we will be going back again in 2012. Be warned, it is not a 5 star place but then you are not paying 5 star prices.

Beach club accommodation was perfect, clean and tidy. Pick up and drop off to and from ferry was included. Service of staff was great - knowledgeable and very helpful. Even got a ride on the buggy out to the floating bar to catch sunset in time. Buffet breakfast absolutely delicious and the pool... wow what more could you want than cocktails, loungers, the pool and a great view!
