Visited here with friends and what a lovely experience. The tour around the house by Vanessa was excellent and so informative, lovely things to see, especially the old prams and dolls. Very interesting to be told about the history of the Molesworth / St. Aubyn...More

This place was stunning. There are shady spots in the car park for dog owners, free dog biscuits and water bowls. Dogs are allowed off the lead in most of the grounds other than the formal gardens close to the house. Wonderful gardens full of...More

The 60 minute tour of the house was well worthwhile. Knowledgeable guide and many interesting facts and stories to recount. Possibly even more enjoyable was our walk around the gardens. We visited mid-May and the rhododendrons were worth the full entry fee on their own.

When i arrived, the drive to the house and its grounds were quite impressive in themselves. I paid the entry fee which came in at £10.75, which I thought was excessive, until I did the guided tour. The guide was knowledgeable and easy to listen...More

You could easily spend four hours plus, there is so much to see. The house would take a good hour and a half as they do small guided tours which are very interesting. In the grounds are three different routes to take for... More
