If you are in Monbetsu, it's worth taking a quick look at this facility. There are some seals in about four little pools. You can watch them swimming around and if you time your visit well you can see them being fed.

This place allow you to be up close to the sea lion. The keepers are friendly and the sealion are very well trained, I enjoyed myself at the place.
