What a find!
Jun 2018 • Friends
We were there hoping to pick any fruits and it so happened they just opened for strawberry picking that day (early Jun)! It is a big farm and strawberry is just a small part of it. We have to drive for a good 6-700 meters into the farm to pick it.

At 1080 per pax, eat all you can, is a steal for such high grade strawberries. Unfortunately, you cannot buy any to bring home. Will be back for their other fruits! Very friendly owner.

6 days in Hokkaido. Nature, Culture, Shopping and Food. Day 5. Part 4

At the time of our visit, apples and grapes were in season. Eating juicy, red apples from the tree was an experience not to be forgotten. The trees were very low making it very easy to pick the ripe apples. Adam and Eve must have felt the same way when they were tempted to eat the forbidden fruit.

We next proceeded to the grape vineyards. Ripe black and green grapes were abundant and ready for the picking from the less than 6 feet high vines. Both varieties were sweet and juicy. Even roman emperors would not have been able to eat newly picked grapes.

You could eat as much as you can of both fruits while in the picking area. Should you choose to bring fruits from the farm, the owner charges a fee per kilo. During spring and summer, you will be able to pick other fruits like strawberries and peach or cherry. We came at a time when apples and grapes were abundant.

Cherry picking
Jul 2016
Nothing beats picking and eating organic cherries - literally selecting plump, ripe ones from a variety of trees. Then you hear your friends saying - come try cherries from this tree! Wow😍

A chance to eat your weight in cherries
Jul 2016 • Couples
円800 buys you the chance to pick your way through the fruits of this very large fruit orchard. We went in cherry season which gave us just the cherries as an option. You walk for ages to get to the picking area past many different other fruits which are interesting to look at when not fully ripened. I would love to go back in strawberry season! The shop on the roadside also has some interesting items for sale that can't be found in too many places.

Ah... The pleasures of Cherry Picking & eating in an Orchard !!

A lovely place nestled between mountains on all sides... The owners do a very good job of ensuring there are LOTS of cherries available for picking & eating. Delicious varieties - ripe & juicy... With ladders for the young ones to reach to the top of the trees & enjoy plucking by themselves... Never eaten so many cherries at one go in my whole life !!!
