It was quite and nice and exciting view.
We visited with our family and enjoyed roughly 1 hour. It has memorial photo service and it costs ¥1,200 but you only need to buy it if you want it. From children to elder people, everybody can enjoy.
The parking costs ¥500, but you’ll get it back when you spend over ¥1,000 at the souvenir shop or restaurant.

Sandanbeki Cliff has two parts, both the inside and the outside.
To access the underground caves, you would have to take an elevator down, and follow the path to see the different parts of the underground caves. There are areas where you can see the rocks that have been washed and cut out by the waves, and the splashing of the waves can be quite surreal.
Upon exiting the underground caves, do check out the cliffs as well. The view is scenic, and makes for good photos.
This is definitely a good place to enjoy and embrace nature.

It definitely felt like rather a large entry fee for such a small area below (you can easily see and enjoy everything in 15 minutes), but the cave was so interesting I really didn't mind. In particular the temple inside the cave is incredibly picturesque, with charms, lanterns, and statues tucked into the rock formations. There are some rather cheesy exhibits about the history of the caves, but they are pretty interesting, and it's very cool to watch how the water comes in and sprays up and through the long caves from the ocean.

Heard was one of the favourite suicide place in japan.. however, the view is breathtaking. Beautiful rocks cut into pieces with constant sea waves over million of years.. enjoy the fresh air and a short walk from the carpark!

You can enjoy fascinating views here, but you will need to walk a bit. Great for kids who wants to run around and climb the rocks up and down, but not for those with walking issues. This area has Adventure World, which is great for kids. You can spend a full day there, enjoying their zoo/aquariaum/safari/amuzement park. For more, refer to "hiddenjapanguide".

This cave is a bit scary but interesting place. Entrance fee is ¥1300.
夜の観光も行っている日がありました。
足湯はやっていませんでした(ご時世?)。
千畳敷から徒歩20分程です。
エレベーターで洞窟まで降りるのですが、中は滑りやすいため注意して歩きました。

Spectacular sea cliffs as great photo spots. Visitors take a closer look of the feature by the elevator going down the cliffs. Beware of strong winds when you visit this place.

Since U 'll probably be driving by the route then you should stop and visit this ancient naval architecture. You could move back to time to feel the rough sea and the dangers of fighting the pirates.

Must get to the bottom of the cliff - don't worry, there are elevators. Once there, admire the work of nature, using water power to carve and to add colours.

This cave is located under the famous Sandan-beki wall, a scenic spot. There is a legend that the Kumano Navy hid their ships here, and there is also a shrine called Muro Daibenzaiten inside, where many devout believers were praying on the day. The cave itself is lit up, and the sound of the waves and the powerful splashes of water near the water's surface are a sight to behold.
