We were surprised to find tea rooms still open in the tower at 4pm and the lady was very accomodating. We all happily climbed to 2nd floor for the views while supping a good cuppa and dunking biscuits. The stairs were too steep for the...More

very steep spiral steps to climb to the top. space made the most of by exhibiting art .good views and they give you a pair of binoculars to use. also interesting educational centre on site with gift shop and café. pay to park but cheap.

Great to climb up the tower (about 110 steps on narrow spiral staircase) and see the views from the top. They sell drinks and snacks which are served on the first floor by very friendly staff and each floor has local artwork displayed for sale.

Lovely views from the tower. But you must also go for a walk around the Hamford nature reserve - lovely views and bring you back round to Walton on the Naze. Really nice walk and just a few miles.

yes i agree with Debbie B......I think it was around £3 for adults and half price for kids. Think we may have bought a family ticket.
