Both kids and adults had a great time going through the exhibition part first followed by seeing the actual making of 3 types of glassware. It is terribly hot of course but worth every minute. For CHF20, u can also blow ur own glass ball,...More

The last glass factory I visited was Waterford in Ireland so I had high expectations. We were a bit disappointed and I think the owners can make the glass blowing area more interesting. BUT, the glass maze was really interesting and FUN! Don't miss it!...More

The beginning is a museum like area with displays on glass making. You then see the masters make amazing glassware. Next you go to a kids play/experience area that has items for all ages. Finally go shop for glass art.

Everything is very well organized, very well done, very professional. Except, when we went to buy tickets, although my husband spoke to the cashier in German, she held a conversation with me in French. My conversational French is acceptable, nothing more, but I am American...More

One can see the process of making glass plates, vases and decorative figures. The museum part is a bit old-fashioned (80s style). Playable musical instruments made of glass is a nice kid's attraction. Overall, a very good experience.

If you have a small child, the museum part may not be fun for you. The multimedia tour was enlightening for adults but may not be so for small children or people who have claustrophobia. Our daughter (at 5) started to cry in a short...More
