We called in to see the Listening Bench and decided to stop for a snack. Coffee really good but not much choice for food. Could do more to make it inviting.

It is open all year round - the woods and reserve that is. The visitors centre is run by Essex Wildlife so usual opening hours but check their website for specicific times.
