Went to Parkgate for a walk along the seafront (although there is no sea), which has a wonderful view across the Dee estaury to the Welsh coast. This is always a very popular place, if you can get parked, but well worth the effort

We enjoyed a wonderful day at Parkgate Wirral today. We decided to dine at No.1 Mostyn Square, formerly The Marsh Cat. Three of us had different dishes which were all first class. The service and hospitality was also the same. I can thoroughly recommend.

We tried to go for a walk and got bogged down so had to turn back. They could do with improving the tracks as they were pretty impassable without waking boots or wellies. There are no naturists here. The parking was terrible and the traffic...More
