Sanasar lake is a good day trip but the road is extremely treacherous. There is a nine hole golf course with beautiful views of trees and mountainous skyline

road to this place from patnitop is in a bad shape but journey is worth it. water body lying in the saucer of hillocks is a real treat

Nature at its Best. We went there for 2 nights and we loved it so much. There are 2 types of accommodation one is govt cottages (you can book online on jktdc site) and second is 8sherpa adventure camp. Both are good.

As this place is quite remote and I didn't seen any Hotels nearby Sanasar Lake, so it's advisable to stay at Patnitop. Try to book JKTDC huts, you will experience a different type of stay. As rightly said by one more... More
