A beautifully built historical temple situated on the bank of sea. 27 wells water make the men pure. full peace of mind and one of the tourist place in south.

Temple is located on rameshwaram island, temple premise is very large, on weekend there will huge crowd, it took about 2 hrs for dershan. there are 22 kund in which should take dip before going to temple.

located right near the entrance gate to Iruppu falls so ever visiting falls pay visit to the temple. Nothing much but a small temple

It takes Rs.50.00 by auto from Rameshwaram Railway station to this temple. Take the ticket for Kund Snan (Bath). It is Rs 25.00 per person. Leave you footwears outside the temple. Prefer dhoti because it become wet when you take bath in 22 kunds. All...More

Worth visit. Temple is good. Nice history. If you visit during weekday it will be nice too visit. Advise ṭo take a guide. Morning hour will be a perfect time.

Its one time visit. There is nothing grand about this temple. Due to the old religious story and attachment, its good to pay respect, and then go for the falls. Temple is from where the journey to the falls starts.
