It was a very good stopover, especially if you are on a trip to relax and to put your minds at ease. It has a nice souvenir store with natural flowers home-grown (e.g., essential oils). If you are lucky, you will get to have a hands-on session to make such souvenirs.

The cafe is found behind the souvenir store. The signature Lavender soft-serve ice-cream is a must try! They have other seasonal flavours available too.

They have a series of their own signature concoctions of flower tea and also the Mount Fuji Curry Rice (which is blue!).

Came in August during the peach season and had a very nice peach ice cream while my partner had their famous lavender ice cream which was good as well. Their store is very nice as well, featuring lots of lavender products as well.

Go to the attached cafe and try the lavender ice cream with real flowers: to die for! Bonus: beautiful view of Fuji san from the garden.

Start of winter so not much plants there. Kids were busy with the miniatures wind mills that can be found round the garden.

But the ice cream is heaven... bought Lavender ice cream... smooth and creamy...

A good stopover after walk from Oishi Park and Maples Leaves Corridor. We had Lavender and Vanilla ice-cream on a cone with beautiful edible flowers. The rosehip cookies were so good! I would go back for more.

Visited here briefly, having got off the sightseeing bus. There are some lovely teas and herbs to purchase at reasonable prices.

Had their grape and peach ice-cream. It was very refreshing. It is a pity the weather wasn't good - in fact it was raining and v gloomy. I can imagine how the place will be like in nice sunny weather. Anyway the dining area is covered by a shelter so no fears of getting wet.

They sell lavender and matcha ice cream here. It is very nice especially in the hot weather when we were there. Did not get the chance to taste their food, cause we were rushing to catch the train. The outdoor restaurant looks cute with a lot of colourful windmill toys as decoration, but lack of shade in the hot weather day.

When we were there in April, it was very hot and the Herb studio didn’t have much flowers. The Lavender Soft Serve wasn’t as great as what most reviewers has written. I would recommend trying the Premium Vanilla Soft Serve instead.
