Wingham Wildlife Park is set within 26 acres in which we display over 200 different species... That is more than any other zoo in Kent! Including some species not seen anywhere else in zoos in the UK, Europe and even the world!

As well as the all important animal collection we have 2 large play areas (both indoors and outdoors, making them fun all year), 2 restaurants (although one may be shut in the winter season) and a wide variety of animal talks, encounters and experiences!

Good Friday visit and yep it was busy but there is so much to see and so many places to sit and have a picnic (great for families) that there was room for all. Really good staff there especially Megan with the racoons - obviously loved her job, so enthusiastic and full of interesting info. We'll certainly be going back.

We visited the park at easter ,at first with four adults and four children we thought it was quite expensive, but spending all day there we all thought it was good value for money . As we left there was a member of the staff to say goodbye to us and thank us which was a really nice touch .... More

The park has come a long way since the days of being a bird park and so much more interesting now. However whilst it has become more fun to visit, I fear they may still not draw in as many customers they could due to high costs. It costs £17 for an adult to get in. As an adult is... More

Visited here at the end of April after having purchased and booked their Red Panda experience online. This is probably my favourite of all the zoos I've visited, mainly because it really feels like the folks care about the animals they're showcasing. The enclosures are spacious, which means there's less stuff to see, but I much prefer that over places... More

A lovely park but getting much more expensive to visit which is a shame. As a family of 6 it's now become a "once every now and then" place to visit rather than one of our regulars. Lots of different animals to see and a massive, really fun play park for the kids. If you live locally a year pass... More

This animal park is geared up more for toddlers as there was a dinosaur park and soft play café. We visited with our 7 year old son who enjoyed the dinosaurs. We were not overly impressed with the enclosures for some of the animals, particularly the big cats like the cheetah, the pumas and the lions, although the tiger enclosure... More

Fabulous day out, sooooo much to see and do and the animals are clearly well cared for. Dinosaurs were fab. Great for both young and old. My ONLY gripe would be that when we bought 3 mediocre hot dogs and 2 basic coffees costing nearly £18, we were STILL charged 5p for each packet of ketchup to put on said... More
