We booked this Llama trek as a surprise for our friends, whilst staying in the Cotswolds. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic Jo and her husband and taken up to where the Llama's live. They are adorable creatures and Jo showed us how to groom them and we also fed them their breakfast. Then we chose which one we would like to walk, which is difficult as they are all lovely and have very definate individual personalites.(see the website) I went with Spud and really really enjoyed it, as did everyone else. We went off around the lovely village and through the surrounding countyside and we met the locals who were very interested/friendly too. Altogether it was not only a very pleasant morning but we learn't so much about the animals and also the Alpaca that live side by side with the Llama's. This is somethng all ages will enjoy, as long as you can walk a mile or 2 you can take part in ths activity. Jo wil tailor the walks to your abilities and needs anyway, so everyone can experience what a great thing this is to do !!…
