We drove from Victoria and parked by the visitors centre. Facilities were good with a gift shop, visitors centre, picnic and bbq area and toilets. There is parking on the other side of the road as well. The visitors centre was helpful on advising us where was good to walk. We crossed the road through the river tunnel (not the... More

After a 35 minute somewhat challenging hike, (which included trekking through a small river under a tunnel, and a couple of steep steps!) we made it to the famous and picturesque Goldstream trestles. The view from the top was breathtaking. It's heaven for those who love photography! Make sure you go on a day when the weather is cleat otherwise... More

This was a fantastic day! The girl in the gift shop was most helpful giving us all the details of the trails we could go on. We choose to go to Niagara Falls and up to the old railroad trestle. It was a beautiful hike. I may have fell in love here ❤ Thanks for a great day, Tony and... More

We parked on the east side of the highway, took a bridge and a street for a few mins of walking and saw the map for mt findlayson. It says its a 1 mile walk but it is VERY challenging and extremely steep! Its basically rock climbing at some points. There is no trail, just giant bumpy rocks. Its about... More

This park is absolutely beautiful to visit! The trails are very well maintained, and it was just so peaceful being among the huge trees and walking along the creek. The waterfall is simply stunning, though it is a bit rocky to go visit. This park is a must do if you're visiting the Victoria area.

Lots to see if you go at the right time for eagles and spawning of the salmon.Lots of parking, but you need to be able to walk a good distance to go to the nature house.Worth the walk.

Sites are very private, and quiet. Make sure you get there early on weekends, or reserve your spot online!

Whether it is to watch the wonder of nature in any season, this is the place. The annual SALMON run is astonishing. Don't go if you are squeamish about seeing decaying fish with a bit of a pungent smell. Right nearby is an Interpretive center that is very educational and well appointed with themed books and crafts. A ways down... More

My boyfriend and I went to Goldstream yesterday and we really loved it. Coming from the Kootenays where we do not get large trees it was amazing to see how big the trees are. We walked through the park for the first little bit, then we got into our truck and drove through the park. Which was so cool to... More
