Well used by locals and tourists alike this beach is great for relaxing and swimming. We last went 4 years ago and were turned-off by the hawkers but this time they're relies pushy. We even had an ice cream from one of the vans- it was delicious!

I am proud to write a comment for my small village favorite beach. This is where we use to chill on sunday with Guitar and the one n only Phoenix beer. I have travel a lot of places in my life and only Bali beaches can remind me of my beautiful Mahebourg and Blue bay Beach

Blue bay; the name explanes everything. Beautiful white sand beaches, black basalt rocks on the side, a bit higher there is grass. The water is lovely blue and clearing. But when the sun shines, the water becomes more beautiful and has lots of different blue shades; breathtaking! Last monday 12/11/16 it was crowded with Hindu locals because of the celebration... We visited the blue bay beach and where we booked a glass bottom boat for going around and viewing the corals and vegetation along with fishes below the boat as it travels inside the sea. We had people who travelled with us for snorkelling at a fair distance from the shore, and there are people who booked for packages for... More

Pretty little beach, but extremely dirty. Wear shoes as found tin and glass, besides plastic bags and papers around.

Most of the beach goers here were locals . Free parking , it's best you take a boat ride out to see the crystal blue clear water with fishes swimming underneath ..

This is a full day excursion and worth every penny! The glass bottom boat in the Blue Bay marine park was a little disappointing as I had expected more fish but there was the chance to snorkel which made up for it. Wesley and his crew mate took us on their boat and honestly made the trip! Funny and entertaining... More
