A Piece of History

This is a great sight to visit if you're interested in learning more about the history of Barbados. Very informative.

Great visit, picked up lots of history of the island saw a bit if the history, great morning out well worth visit

We visited on Thursday lunch time as that is when this is acted out with authentic costume and band. Even the rain did not spoil it for us. The road outside the clock tower along the side of the race course is closed so that the marching can take place on the tarmac.

It was hot, it was busy but we had a good time. Might be worth trying the executive seating upstairs as they have AC. Once is enough for us.

This was a wonderful trip which started on a visit to George Washingtons house in which we found the most amazingly huge caterpillars!! We were shown a short film about George Washington.
