NOTE : THE CAVE IS A NATURAL SEA CAVE - IT IS SLIPPERY, IT IS WET, IT IS A SEA CAVE. WE DO SEND A GUIDE WITH EACH TOUR TO AIDE PEOPLE AS NEEDED. WE DO ADVISE THE ELDERLY AND THOSE NOT FIRM ON THEIR FEET TO STAY 'UP TOP'AND ENJOY THE SCENERY AND MAYBE A RUM PUNCH OR TWO! A Natural Wonder of Barbados not to be missed. Located at the most northerly tip of the Island is the Animal Flowr Cave where the coastal scenery is spectacular. The cave got its name from the tube worms that are found in its many rock pools, these are seasonal however so not always in residence, regardless the cave itself is still well worth a visit. You can even swim inside the largest rock pool inside the cave which a fantastic adventure all by itself. Make sure you bring your swim wear and towels. The views from the naturally formed windows out to the ocean are fabulous so bring your camera too. There is now a new restaurant on site and seating area with panoramic sea views, there is a children's playpark too so plan to spend some time with us enjoying the cool sea breezes and the fabulous views that we love to share with you all. Nice walkable cave, that overlooks the sea. Walkable inside, and the pool to swim in is a new experience. Guided walk. We had fun inside balancing rocks also, (sounds dull but actually nice to while away the time looking out to see which building rock...More

We loved this experience. It's located at the northern part of barbados. For those not familiar with the location, it may be hard to find. We had an experienced taxi driver. I called ahead and made sure it was safe to swim in the cave....More

The Animal Flower Cave is a nice experience, although I would not recommend it with small children (under 3) since it is dark and slippery inside. Make sure you have proper shoes before going into the cave.

I highly recommend a visit when you're in Barbados the scenery is absolutely breathtaking, there is now a more modern bar/restaurant area and also a children's play area which is ideal if your bring small children with you.

We drove all the way here ourselves, followed our offline Google maps and arrived without trouble. The views are lovely, the cave pristine and our children in particular were fascinated by the animal flowers themselves. A must do in Barbados and especially for families. Our...More

It was the ''Coastal" Tour arranged by Williams Tours Barbados - well worth doing if you have the opportunity.
