They play the dambusters film on a loop and most of the stuff is in German but worth a visit to see the model of the dam.

Went here with my Dad on our annual bike trip before visiting the dam its self. Lots of information and memorablia from the Dambusters raid in May 1943. The owner was cheerful and happy if not slightly strange as we pulled up on our bikes...More

A small but interesting museum explaining the British operation "Chastise" on 17 May 1943 to destroy German barrages to cut power supply for German industry. Next to one of Germany's largest barrages, this lovingly arranged private museum is fun for children and parents alike.

This small museum is very informational about the area and the results of the "Dambuster " operation in WW2. It is wonderful to see history saved and handed down for generations Beautiful area well worth the climb o see the museum..
