Absolutely beautiful well kept gardens with lovely walks. There's even a garden centre inside. Very nice lake walk. Well worth a visit and its free of charge.

The forest walk is great and gardens and exploring the hidden trails. Peacocks on the lawns were so beautiful. Delicious coffee & desserts from The Old Yard. Even better on a nice sunny day. Well worth a visit.

Had a lovely afternoon at Altamont gardens. Beautiful gardens with formal part and natural woodland walk and peacocks. Relaxing garden cafe and interesting plant shop.

We called into the garden mid morning. The smell of the flowers in the walled garden were fabulous. We walked down to the river & climbed the 100 steps back up! We had a lovely coffee outside the coffee shop with small birds joining us....More

Fantastic garden came for an hour spent hours wandering around really beautiful and free. Lovely little coffee shop in the grounds. Well worth a visit highly recommend it.
