Last time we walked through the canyon in February 13 there had been heavy snowfall and it was the most beautiful scene I had ever witnessed, so we were a little cautious this time as only a little had fallen. Fear not though as the minute we stepped foot on the trail we were as mesmerised as we had been... More

this is a "must be seen" walkway in a dearing looking, but otherwise very safe ambiance in the very narrow valley and above wild waters

This is a very charming walk and not too demanding though be aware there is a long flight of metal stairs at the top of the gorge. Try to time your walk to the ringing of the Mass bells from St Martin's. It is quite awesome how they echo round the canyon

First of all try to get the Trentino card and it will be free, otherwise it costs 9eur. The tour starts in Fondo where you are guided by a local tour guide down the canyon. You must wear a helmet and a rain coat, you will get wet. It takes about 2 hours to walk back and forth.

The perfect place to visit particularly on a hot summer day. The gorge is very atmospheric and also nice and cool. If one starts from the villages one ends up at the little artificial lake were one can have a nice drink and relax. Val di Non has more impressive gorges, but this is the most easily accessible one

I have come here more than once, being a local, usually with friends or relatives. I am always glad to visit this place. If you are short of time or you do not want to book the part of the trail which has an admission fee I advise you to do the short walk in the free admission canyon from... More

roughly a 45 Minute walk with about 50 steps up at the end. A nice walk on a chilly day fairly easy going until the steps. The Emerald lake was frozen over ideal if you want to skate. I think a must do.
