This Latin inscription mentioning this church dates back to an act written in 1213 , so this small church over the hill overlooking the Gulf of Tibullo it’s here at least since twelfths century. I found it closed so I can admire only the very nice baroque facade with two statues inside niches and the pretty tower bell . Follow the road up from Zoagli to San Pietro - easy to spot from Aurelia the Main Street- and enjoy an easy 40 minutes hike through the hills to a magic village with a nice church,few homes and a secluded atmosphere where you can enjoy a bird eye view of the Tigullio gulf.
