Everything was great. It takes about 30 minutes from Horten to Moss. And a boat leaves every 20 minutes . It costs 180 crowns for 2 people with a car. Everything was great in the boat.

Great way to cross the fjord between Moss and Horten. Cafe on board for hot meals, snacks and beverages. Plenty of comfortable seating for the 30 minute ride. Nice views and outside seating available.

The Basto ferries had new ferries delivered in 2017, making the about 30 minutes trip even shorter and more comfortable. On a summer day you should enjoy the voyage on deck, with a nice view on the outher Oslo fjord. Inside Wifi and a cafe...More

Had to take the ferry over just to save a hour on the ride. The ferry was around 180 nok and I found that OK. The trip was merly 30 minutes. Nothing special onboard to pass your time besides the restaurant. I can't recommend to...More

Ok Food in the cantina and lots of papers, Magazines, goodies to buy .Expencive food. Still I think the places for cars are too narrow for modern cars and larger/taller People.

Its a good ferry, small, quiet and you can also find a small bar to take any drink or snack. The timetables are good but it would be better if they become 24 hours.

We arrived Friday afternoon and waited a few hours to get on the ferry! Reason, the roundabout nearby was full and the trucks could not get of the ferry. Expensive cafeteria and outdated product selection

The ferry is not to bad, but the food sold in the cafeteria is expensive and medium quality. The trip do not last very long between the two cities, so no real reason to buy food in the boats restaurant.

This café serves food and drinks. Nothing fancy, just plain meals. Sausages, Fish cakes and other basic stuff. Try their "sveler"! It's made from eggs and sugar?

The speed with what the ferries are loaded and off-emptied at the same time is truly impressive. There is no waiting more than 20 minutes and ferries are leaving and arriving constantly.

Our rental car had a pass on it that was scanned automatically when we drove through. Then we paid when we turned the car in. Otherwise there is a toll booth you drive through to pay, cash or credit card.
