very nice folks working here, not at all crowded, full of history about this wealthy patriot who lived her in the 1800s. authentic furnishings, an art gallery in the basement is ...well... an art gallery, not notable.

Stopped to rest here on way down from monastery - lovely. Great views over and down to Hydra port/town. Peaceful and attractive new-ish Greek orthodox church in lovely setting. Flower beds really nice this time if year. Worth the effort - recommended

A lovely spot to enjoy on your visit to the island. There is a sheltered courtyard and a beautiful mosaic on the wall.

it takes quite a physical effort to get to the top of the island where the church is, but its worth it - great views. you will be a fitter yourself too ;)
