Best bike rental in Tenerife. Incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to set up my bike. Everything from basic bikes to high end and now that they fit power meters as well even better.

Hired a road bike from here for 10 days cycling on Tenerife. Knowledgeable staff, well maintained, modern bikes and fast service. Picked up my bike and was on my way in 20 min and drop off at the end of my holiday was even faster. Would highly recommend.

I used the El Medano shop. Michael there was a great support before my visit by email and then in person. Not worth the hassle of taking my own bike.

Very helpful with lots of information regarding different routes and trails. The bike i rented was one up from the standard bike and was a great ride. It really allowed me to attack the long climbs and get a decent bit of speed on the down hills. Will be hiring a bike for longer next time I come as there... More

Very good service! I am not a professional bike rider, but amateur and seeing rental offer on shop / rental website, think either -what I, it has only to professionals. However, I decided to try and went to hire Bike Point El Medano around 15:00, but already 17 o'clock, paying 50 euro deposit, got the red MTB, helmet, bottle for... More

Second time I've hired from Bike Point El Medano. Booked online for 3 days. Bike ready when I arrived. Friendly staff. (Wish I worked here. Shop full of cycles, great cycline terrain and excellent weather) Hired standard aluminium Focus Cayo. No problems - good job they put the massive cog on the back though, those gradients can get steep. Took... More

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff even when I had issues with my paperwork. I hired a mountain bike and rode up to Teide from Puerto de la Cruz going off road and riding trials through the national park. No real issues with the bike apart from the brakes being European setup which made the decent off road interesting. ;-)

My son and I hired a couple of BMC Carbon frame bikes to explore the hillsides up to Vilaflor. The bikes were great though cycling in the hills at 35 deg. was a bit of a struggle. The staff at Bike point were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Great service and very helpful staff. Before arriving I emailed the sizes for my current bike and the rental bike fitted perfectly (worth checking the saddle angle though). Bike was in great condition with all the accessories (BMC GF02). Need to pay extra attention on the island's roads: whilst most drivers give you plenty of room, a few are very... More
