Been, to Jungle Jim’s a few times when I come to visit the Island my experiences with Jungle Jim’s are bad. • Dirty interior such as take away food staff wearing dirty shirts toilets smell. • A waste of time and money tickets won from ticket machines can’t be exchanged to use as spending money in the Jungle Jim’s gift shop. • Toilets are charged for and not very good with pee all over the floor. • Toppings ice cream to expensive and ants crawling around the ice cream fish and chips wet and soggy. • New indoor golf not to bad but expensive including the outside gold expensive. • Try heading down to the playbox arcade at the end of the road where the machines are retro style and where you can use 2p machines and with cafes nearby. • Toppings ice cream staff seen with dirty white polo shirts with ice cream and stains on it. Not, much fun anymore waste of time and money gift shop is alright but not worth it if you want to waste a few quid Sandown Pier is more better.

It's the 2nd year I've booked my little boys birthday here and the 2nd time we have had a wonderful time. It's very busy being the middle of winter, however great service from the team and the children all 18 of them had a fantastic time. Very well organised and communication through booking process. Food and pudding great value for money and lovely fruit platter and the slushes went down a treat. Would recommend to everyone.. Thank you Team Jungle Jims

I took my 8 year old niece as a surprise to have breakfast with Santa. When we arrived the elves come to collect us and take us to Santa’s grotto. My niece was amazed they knew her name and knew what she wanted for breakfast without her telling them (already arranged). The breakfast was delicious. Father Christmas was so lovely and so were all of the staff. My niece received a present and we decorated ginger bread men. Santa’s grotto was beautifully decorated and was lovely and toasty with the log burner on. After the games had finished we went outside to feed the alpacas and could then go and play in jungle Jim’s. The staff went above and beyond and made it magical, not only for my niece but for all the adults too. I believe it was fantastic value for money, considering some places charge £8 for breakfast! My niece couldn’t wait to go and tell her friends all about it. I can’t thank Jungle Jim’s enough. Will definitely book again next year for more of us!

Cups were filthy and tea stained (hard sponge would of got it off ) filthy floors and tables with bluebottles buzzing around. The equipment is out dated, ripped and in some places dangerous and just generally worn out and in need of some care. It's dark and dingy inside with no windows or natural light. Children running around with no care for others be it adults, toddlers or even each other though this is down to the parents more interested in their phone than their kids, granted. This place just feels tired, its such a big space but very little to fill it, the staff seemed pleasant when serving but overall just seems like it needs it's zest back, some love and life and energy to make it more pleasant for everyone. I'd also suggest a better gate as children can easily get through or over. I hope you find the love for this place again as it could be amazing.

This is the reason why I hate review sites. They give "Trolls" like you an opportunity to spout lies and attack businesses without any form of redress. If I am able to obtain your name and address I will take court action against you for this pack of libelous lies. Please ignore this review. We have a 5 star food hygiene assessment and maintain high standards as many other review sites show.
