Taiba is not very busy in July, especially west and north of the village: good waves and nice white sands. Darker sand and rocky/choral beach at the village. Great place to relax.

Taiba is a very charming village situated between large sand dunes and the Atlantic ocean, great waves for surfing or kitesurfing. The village has several exelent resturants. Taiba hosts yearly the Escargot festival celebrating music, food and snail eating!!

this is a nice day trip from Fortaleza: just go in the center of the city and take a bus going there. No need to book in advance, they have always space. it's around 10 reals per person just go and the same to come...More

One of the few beaches that combine great kite (beach and lagoon) with good beach hangout for the partner / family that does not kite. Good and cheap restaurants on the beach too.

This beach is very good for kitesurfing. It has a big lagoon and waves and kickers at sea. Very consistent wind.
