Public Parks and gardens are accessible to the public for free where I come from, so the entry free of 1500 rupees is too much from my perspective. However, the garden is quite interesting for a 2-3 hour stroll.

10 $ for renting the car to visit the park. For the fees i don't really know. it was a package. When u finish, visit the souvenirs shop, it is cheap.
