A very disappointing visit, welcomed in a very unwelcoming place, there were 20 of us and there were 6 stools, the Guide a little competent lady or thought and acted as if we were all ignorant on the subject, with summary and unclear explanations. The tasting always in this room, standing, without tables and chairs, to eat dry doughnuts packaged, the opening of sparkling wines, poor glasses so much so that they were given away. Too bad because the structure of the cellars is beautiful.

It was a nice visit to these cellars where the bottles are collected for aging before being sold! The guide told us the story of the '94 flood that destroyed everything, of the volunteers who participated in the recovery and in some places you can still see the muddy bottles as an artefact! Then we walked around seeing the various procedures, a person in charge turns the bottles at a certain angle, then we get to the final part where the bottle is replaced in a crown with the final one! Finally we go up to taste the various sparkling wines!

Very beautiful underground cellars, the visit was more or less interesting, in the sense that I understand the desire to celebrate the property, but I found it a bit boring from that aspect.
Very kind guides and possibility to bring your own dog
Average tasting, I expected something more, but it was rightly proportionate to the entry price which for 15 euros was more than honest.

Absolutely recommended.
I had booked a few weeks in advance but, thanks to the low season and the midweek day, we were alone.
Our guide was very kind and with his enthusiasm he accompanied us along an extremely fascinating and immersive journey into the world of sparkling wine. The cathedrals are an unmissable sight if you go to Canelli. We discovered many curiosities about the company and sparkling wine in general in a pleasant and light-hearted way. At the end we were offered a tasting of some sparkling wines and Bosca products and they left us the glass as a souvenir. In the final shop there is the possibility of purchasing Bosca products.

The underground cathedrals of Bosca wine must be visited to learn about the history and products of this winery in a "digital" and evocative way. The guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cellars are beautiful and evocative. The products offered for tasting were particular, from the classic method to the extra dry to the "non-alcoholic bubbles", which despite not having appreciated I found interesting for the variety and production reasons. In any case it was a great experience.

Booked the visit a few days before online. We were very impressed by these underground cellars called Cathedrals as they have vaults like cathedrals. The person who accompanied us on the visit was very thorough and therefore the visit was very interesting. This winery is still owned by the Bosca family and managed by 3 brothers who are the sixth Bosca generation.

We arrived to visit this Underground Wonder Unesco Heritage, thanks to a gift box, it was a beautiful experience ..
Thanks to Pier our guide, who explained in a clear and exhaustive way the process of birth of the classic method.
And finally a great tasting with Giulia. Congratulations to all the Staff and thank you for letting us spend a few hours in the world of this beautiful reality, which is the Bosca family.

I have always thought of spumante as a cheap, dessert wine but Bosca taught me otherwise. A multi-generational company, these folks make a great wine plus have a fantastic tour. My one disappointment is that they made absolutely no effort to sell us any of their product.

I was travelling around Northern Italy and had the opportunity to visit Bosca. An Information Point at Asti led us to Canelli. Could not be better! Our guide at Bosca was very kind and helpful taking time to show us the history and tradition of the winery as well the great wines. After tasting those wines, I thought I would spend a lot, but their prices are very reasonable. I strongly recommend to everyone who loves sparkling wines going there!

Last minute visit and so glad we went. Our tour guide, Gabriella, was great! Such an interesting history and enjoyed the old town Canelli location as well.
