We booked a time for wine tasting. The owner welcomed us and showed us around. He told us about different wines and what makes the different tastes. This man knows everything about wine making, and we learned so much.
Thank you for great service.

Great experience. Mr. Ignatius was very kind and dedicated us all the time necessary, although we had passed "by accident" without reservation.
Excellent and numerous wines for tasting, accompanied by a delicious cutting board.
Interesting news about the type of wine and the necessary combination with the most suitable soil for each.
Last but not least, the prices of the bottles: very honest. Experience to repeat.

We visited this great winery with friends ang got a tour in the cellars and after that tasted all their 14 wines. Our host, Ignazio, explained the production process and the history of the farm. I really admire his passion to his work! And the wines are lovely. Bought some of them to our own cantina :)

I came for a wine tasting session in June along with only four people. Ignazio and Giuglia, the owners of L'Armangia, gave us all the time in the world to answer our (stupid) questions and introducing their broad line of excellent wines. Unforgettable experience. A must visit if you decide to give the tourist-packed riviera a break and meet the wonderful and welcoming people of the beautiful hills of the Asti-region instead.

We were fortunate to be able to visit this winery in the fall harvest season on our honeymoon in Italy and loved it! The experience was much more intimate than the typical Napa valley winery visit we are used to. The owner took time from his duties in the vineyard to share his wines and some exquisite salami and cheese. Wonderful wines, knowledgeable owner and beautiful scenery, what more could you ask for!

We stopped by here on the off chance with a friend to try the wine. We were treated to a taste of many different wines and a good description of how they were made, land influence, weather etc. The host could not have done more to make us feel welcome. We are now steadfast fans of this wine!

L'armangia has a large selection of wines they grow and produce as naturally as possible. Call ahead (or email) for a tour of the winery and a tasting. Ignazio (forth generation vintner) and Giuliana (who is a sommelier) are wonderful and knowledgeable hosts and the wines are great! You won't want to leave without stocking up...we reshuffled all the luggage so we could fit in several cases. For those English-speakers who are reading this; they speak very good English.

The wine tasting proposed he is more then OK.
The idea is that you can taste all of their wines. As we don't drink the Biancos we skipped them.
The owner is a passionate person who knows everything about his wine. If you are in the area make sure to stop!

We were treated very well by the owners, who made us try all their wines ang gave us plenty of food. We didn't visit the vineyards but had a look at the cellars. It's a small family business so don't expect a sleek organisation, but definetly worth a visit. We bought 12 bottles to take home.

Very warm welcome and professional explanation by a winemaker/lover/enthusiast. The tasting was clearly showing the pallet of the winery and was accompanied by a nice set of local cold cuts, cheese, ...
