We had the best tour guide, Nina! Funny and looked after us. They took us to all the places. Highly recommend this your company to anyone!

Booked this tour through an agent, no problem with transport, only one other family picked up. Our guide Nina was so much fun, have funny little bits of info along with informative guide too. The places we visited were beautiful and there was lots of opportunity to sight see and take photos. The food at lunch was beyond awful, virtually cold, flies buzzing round, I didn’t eat anything. They provided cold drinks and fruit on the boat. Lovely day out, no issue with tips, Nina just passed a box round as we came into the marina, she worked hard all day with great humour and deserved a tip. So good we hired a private boat and did another trip. Highly recommended

Staff was great and experience was enjoyable but the transportation to and from the excursion was awful. Van stops at various other hotels to pick people up/drop off. Over an hour was added to the trip because of this. If you’re able, opt for your own transportation and don’t use the one provided.

We were recommended this place through a driver and to be honest we were disappointed, from the moment of being picked up in a mini bus and then stopping at 5 other hotels along the way to pick people up..we felt sick from sitting in the small stuffy bus, the driver didn’t understand that we were asking for the air conditioning to be turned up, then we got there and it was somewhere organised but so many people, then the boat trip was over crowded and you couldn’t see anything while sitting inside the boat unless you stood up or sat outside up the front on the boat, their photographer continuously took photos...way too many in my opinion. They did give out water, juice or coke. They continuously asked for tips and no one was asked about wearing a pfd, the buffet on the island is below average and my partner suffered violent food poisoning from the prawns in the buffet, the food was either cold or just warm and you have to purchase your own drinks. The canoe ride was nice but again over crowded by so many people, although I did enjoy parts of the day, the boat trip was not one of them, it’s extremely noisy and smelly fumes and just too crowded, I would have preferred to get a long tail boat and go at our leisure rather than rush through, definitely not one of the highlights from our trip unfortunately and to anyone going on this trip make sure you have waterproof booties as you will be walking around in mud/sludge/rocks on the beach for parts of it (You can buy these before the tour starts) but we took out own.

They are putting profit before customers. Staff were excellent just too many people on too small a boat. Packed in like sardines. Visit to Monkey "Beach" was drawing alongside a cliff where there were three monkeys for a couple of minutes. The stop at Viking Cave was probably OK if you were on the port side of the boat. You just got a view of the backs of peoples heads if you were on the starboard side. Not recommended unless they start limited thier numbers.
