A great experience starting with the emails, pickup at the cruise ship, getting ready, and the ride itself. We are experienced riders as we owned a guest ranch and did trail rides ourselves for years and thought that Maria and her horses were super! We had a great ride and would recommend Rancho Caballo De Mar to anyone and everyone!

fun ride to the beach

I rode the longer tour to the beach last week with my two kids. We had a lot of fun, the horses were exceptionally tame and the attendants were competent and nice. We felt very safe and enjoyed it very much. The gallop on the beach was of course the highlight. I can highly recommend this activity.

Amazing Experience

This was an amazing experience! My sister and I rode through beautiful, lush scenery on our way to the ocean, where we could trot and gallop right beside the water. We also stopped to take pictures by the bay - amazing!! And María was so kind and knowledgeable - an excellent guide.

I can't recommend this experience enough. Thanks again for everything María!! I can't wait to return and ride again someday. Muchas gracias!

Dream come true!

My sister and me had an amazing horseback ride through the jungle, along the Copalita River to the ocean. We were allowed to trot and canter along the beach that was the highlight for me. I have ridden horses most of my life but had always wanted to ride on a beach and in the ocean. Ranchero Caballo del Mar and my sister made that dream come true.Thanks!!
The horses were well trained, cooperative and in good condition. Maria is a well experienced horse woman who operates a great horse facility and will make sure that you have a fun time, Highly recommended!

¡Una Aventura Inolvidable!

Montando por la selva, en el Río Copalita, y llegando al Pacífico Oaxaqueño majestuoso fue lo que necesitábamos después de demasiadas horas indolentes a la playa en Huatulco. ¡Fue la primera vez que mi mamá de 69 años montaba a un caballo, y disfrutó de una de los días mejores de su vida!

María José y Donaldo son anfitriones lindos y nos dieron uno de nuestras mejores experiencias huatulqueñas. Por supuesto, estamos muy agradecidos con nuestros caballos, Guero, mi amor, y Chaparro, el caballo caballeroso quién era tan bueno con mi mamá.

¡Por favor, hágase un favor, sálgase de su sillón! Huatulco tiene mucho que ofrecer, y Rancho Caballo de Mar es uno de los mejores.

An Unforgettable Adventure at Rancho Caballo de Mar!

Riding through the jungle, in the Copalita River, and arriving at the majestic Oaxacan Pacific was just what we needed after too much indolent time at the beach in Huatulco. This was my 69 year old mother’s first time on a horse, and she had the time of her life!

María José and Donaldo are lovely hosts and gave us one of our best Huatulco experiences ever. Of course, we are super grateful for our horses, Guero, my love, and Chaparro, the gentlemanly horse who was so good to my mama.

Please, do yourself a favor and get out of your chair! Huatulco has a lot to offer, and Rancho Caballo de Mar is one the best.

Amazing experience

My husband and I are experienced riders and went on the Cherry Tour. It was such an incredible experience! The horses were well trained and cared for and loved their job! The tour through the forest, the river and then the gallop on the beach was incredible! I am so glad we went!

We had a great trip riding the horses to the beach

It was a fun and neat experience. Our ten year old daughter is really into horseback riding so we booked this on her behalf. We went in June so it was pretty hot, but not too wet yet.
