Great place to sit and have a coffee and home-baked cake and watch wild kangaroos in the mango orchard below. Many travellers go up and down the East coast and the only live kangaroos they see are in zoos, but here you have a 90% chance of seeing them, as well as the spectacular and mysterious Heritage-Listed Glasshouse Mountains. Just 50 mins north of Brisbane, and 2 minutes from the main National Parks lookout.

We visited here with another couple and had a most enjoyable lunch. Food was great, service fine and the location and view ideal.

Called in on the way back from visiting the lookout just up the road as it was about lunch time. From memory, the food was good (it was a few months back now), but it's more about the view. If we didn't have to be...More

The location is just breathtaking and a great place to bring non Queenlanders. Staff were friendly, but vague and disorganized. Vegetable soup was terrible and the BLT was underwhelming. The location is great for cake and coffee and a photo, while on a day trip,...More

How very disappointing! The view is stunning but unfortunately our meals were flavourless - the Chicken Caesar salad consisted of about six whole old dark green cos leaves on which sat some tough tasteless chicken, grated cheese, a thick slice of bacon with rind on...More

We were just passing and dropped in for a quick cuppa. Initially, from the car park, we hadn't noticed the view, but as soon as we entered the cafe, we realised why the cafe was in this location - beautiful view. Coffee was good, relaxed...More
