We’d had quite a few rainy days in Phuket which cancelled some of our plans, we had no intention of going to a show but thought we would as something to do.
It was £50 each for my town children and I and tbh it wasn’t worth the money.
It’s like a little Orlando Disney resort, buffet was ok, big open style table and chairs / food wasn’t bad but just felt like a bit basic.
The show itself is a bit weird, not sure if there was a story line but we didn’t get it and just loads of animals running in and off stage. Couldn’t wait to get out!

We visited there in may 2023 as it was one of the top attractions and a theme park for kids. Tickets were expensive at 1800 bhat per head. The park looks fabulous when you enter but soon we realised there was nothing at all to do for kids except one gaming place. The whole place was full of things to sell which didn't seem like a fun thing to do at all. And mostly 2 games were played everywhere which was hitting with the ball and dart. Almost 10 to 15 of those games.
The show was definitely well done but didn't get the feel of the story from it which was mentioned. Feeding the elephants were the highlights of our evening
If any suggestions can be accepted you need to make it more of a theme park, something which Singapore has done where kids can enjoy. Our kids got bored in 30 minutes as there was nothing to do except look at things to buy. I ll call it a shopping park than a theme park

We enjoyed our time at the park. It was colourful, beautiful, and fun. Items were perhaps a little overpriced, but I guess that’s understandable.
The buffet was average at best. The show was nice but the queues were crazy!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The worst show I have ever watched. I feel sorry for those d elephants. When a firecracker went off near an old elephant, it couldn’t stop it eats from flapping. Then a tiger brought on to stage on a cage was dragged out a rushed off the stage by its handler. Felt sorry for the poor thing. I bet you it’s cooed up all day for a 30 second performance.a waste of toile and money. Better off donating your money to ethical elephant sanctuary. Another thing. It was worse than airport security. We couldn’t take water or iPhone in with us. My husband has a heart problem and I felt weird, giving in my phone before going into theatre. An absolute rip off if you ask me. Do yourself and their animals a favour by not going to this awful show.

2200 baht per person for dinner! Expensive, isn’t it? Bcoz that’s what it was. The show was a Big Big ZERO!! I am still in shock how can the organizers charge a bomb and render such a low class show with no story-telling and no performace (except for the elephants ofcourse). Organizers need to think deep and reimagine the whole experience for their customers.. I wasted my money - Pls go for it for my sadistic pleasures! Or you may take a foot massage at one-tenth the price, its much more worth.
I am still wondering why they took our phones / cameras before the show. There was n’t anything worth recording anyways!
PS: I don't write reviews. Genuinely felt bad after spending so much..

You arrive in the park like a big market where everything cost 4/5 times the price of outside after you eat the buffet … nothing to do or see
You give your phone and finally you see a very average show with skinny elephant and a limping horse ;-( after you queue 20 minutes to get your phone back and go home after spending a 50 dollars entrance !!!!!!

Help! Im confused with the layout. I know photography is not permitted in the theatre but can I take pictures outside the palace of elephants. Also how busy is it if I were to set up a small tripod to take pics outside. Gotta get them pics for the instagram;)

I am planning to avail transport services provided by FantaSea. Is it a group transfer or private transfer? Can the pick up time be of my choice? Do we get cabs there conveniently at night after the show?

It is group travel in a mini bus. They pick up from other hotels close to yours and drop you home again after the show. The pick up times were set. It was very convenient.

I am planning to Phuket around Christmas. Should I buy the tickets for FantaSea in advance??

It depends. In Greece we need 200€ for two persons. In hotel we stayed we found them 120€ for two people. As for the show we enjoyed it but we thought that it could have been more hours.

Why are there so many non-Asians on here complaining about animal abuse ? Elephants have been trained and used for hundreds of years in this part of Asia - it is part of the culture.
If you don’t like the culture you should stay away rather than be so rude.

I never complained about animal abuse at all and I’m Scottish,, how weird is this comment?! If anything the elephants looked calmer here than most places we visited.. can’t please everyone everywhere you visit!
Hi, I am bringing my one year old daughter to Phuket on this month. I am planning to take her to Fantasea park and James bond island trip in long boat. Will they (Fantasea park management) allow one year old baby inside Fantasea park?. and also Can my daughter accompany me for the James bond island trip?

You can take her but sit beside the exit doors cos if she cried they will come and ask u to go back seats to avoid annoying the audience by the crying of the baby.i dont know how much the baby is interested in elephants and colors.if she likes swimming she will enjoy her time in james bond island but note that there are in and out from the speed boat till u reach j bond.i mean u will pass in a cave, and get into a canoe,i dont know how much will be cooperative.

Fantasea are crap at responding to queries via email - I asked about accessibility seating at the theatre on Wednesday, it's Friday and still no response from them. I understand the show seats are numbered, so what happens if you have a wheelchair person with you? Also are there accessibility options for the bus transfer you pay in the ticket - my wheelchair person won't be able to step up in a van but they can sit in the front seat of a car.

Our ride to the location was in a van that did not have wheel chair capability, but I recall the park itself does. Our seats at the show were mid level. We took stairs. But I do recall an elevator.
Frankly, the show is not good and I can think of multiple activities to use our money on that would be better than that. Save your $ and your concerns.

why are so many people on here condoning animal abuse, this place is hell for elephants, we saw behind the scenes in locked in tiny cages they cant move, all been abused or drugged to perform, please think carefully about going here and what those animals suffer, breaks my heart

I cannot stress enough that nobody must go and see this show.
Animal cruelty definitely goes on here.
The days of making animals dance round stages are long gone
