Frequent trips to Bali, but this is the first time in Uluwatu. Decided need to learn to surf. The hotel organised this for me. First day was great, the weather and the waves were perfect for surfing. My instructor was great, I was the only one on the day so I was happy with a private lesson. Learned the techniques... More

Overall it was a good experience. There are pros and cons. Pros: Even if I am completely new to surfing, my opinion is that the instructor knew what he was talking about and was very explicit about all that you need to know before you go out there in the sea. The price was 35 USD per person for a... More

We did quite a bunch of research to finally find a good and affordable surf school. We had a great lesson at Padang Padang beach. Our instructor was very motivated. He picked us up very punctual at our homestay. We can definitely recommend to do your surf lessons with this school. You pay $35 USD (~450.000Rupiah) for a lesson despite... More

instructor was helpful and the beach is also good for beginners, they give you surf, wetsuit, instructions and you can negotiate charges depending on how many classes you plan to take

I can't recommend this school enough! They know the area, are very professional and also very nice. If you can't get hold of them, go to the surf shop White Monkey next door and they will call them and arrange everything for you. They provide services for good value compared to all the surf schools in the area!!!

Had a great experience surfing at Padang Padang. Out of my depth (literally) but I was given a lot of attention as a beginner. Couldn't recommend enough. Mike

To get in contact with them is maybe the biggest hurdle. They don't have an info bali. Just go to the surfshop next door and ask if they will call them. (Don't remember the name of the surfshop but it's in the same street as the buddah soul restaurant). Once in contact, the next day one of the instructors came... More

I wanted to book a course and sent an email to asking some questions. The answer from the Impossible Surf School is not clear. Actually it was written on their Website that the Transfer is already included in the course Price, but they wrote me, that I had to go there by myself. I wrote another email to ask for... More

I hadn't been on a surf board for a few years and am blind without my glasses so I knew I needed some help out at Padang-Padang. I tried to set-up lessons ahead of time but the guys didn't respond to numerous emails and their grasp of written English didn't let them communicate easily. In the end, the lovely woman... More
