Engaging Topology for my big family trip to Taiwan in Dec 2019 was the best decision I've made. Our group was big with 14 family members, and more than half were seniors in their 50-60s + one 74 year old granny. Nana of Topology took note of all our needs for rooming, food and land tour, and the planning process with her was such a breeze! She was very clear and detailed in all her correspondences with me, she also reached out to me timely on the important things we need to do prior to the trip. It was very assuring having someone top on of the preparation needed for the trip, and it took a load off the group.
Joanna was our tour leader and she was one of the most patient, professional and experienced tour leader I've ever met. My senior family members were especially happy with her warm service and sense of humor, and she did her best to accede to whatever special requests we have. She also has superb photo-taking skills, she helped us took so many pretty group photos!
Thank you for the wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back to explore other parts of Taiwan again with Topology Travel! I highly recommend anyone who is planning a multi-generational family trip to Taiwan to engage Topology Travel! :)

This time last year, we were in beautiful Taiwan enjoying a fabulous holiday after completing a work commitment. Oh how I would love to be doing the same now! I was disorganised preparing for the trip, so contacted Tolology Travel to help us plan the holiday part of our travel. Core Lui was our agent and she did a fabulous job! She made it so easy. Our personal guide, who stayed with us throughout the 8 day trip that Core arranged for us, was Henry Hung. Henry was fantastic - I can thoroughly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable, sensitive to our needs (my husband uses a walking stick and so is a bit slow walking), and flexible to modify our plans when the weather took a turn for the worst on day 1! I can't recommend Topology Travel, Core, and Henry highly enough, and would very happily use them again.

I'm so glad that I found Topology Travel when I was organizing and planning my Taiwan trip with my partner. Not only were they wheelchair friendly, they were also very LGBQT+ friendly. Core was excellent in working with me and my existing plans, as well as offering her insights on what's best to visit and see. We worked very closely to come up with the best personalized tour that would work with my disability and needs. We ended up with Logan as our tour guide. He was exceptional Very knowledgeable on many topics as well as being very accommodating my disability needs. We traveled all around Taiwan on a 7 day tour. The accommodations were the best. All accessible rooms in the best locations. They are very knowledgeable on wheelchair accessible entries to all the places that we wanted to see. Also very knowledgeable on food recommendations. My partner and I were very glad that we left the worrying to Topology and just purely enjoyed the long needed vacation. We didn't have to worry about timing, transportation, parking, dealing with accessibility, etc. From the first day to the last, even accompanied us to the airport and making sure we got our GAT tax refund and properly checked in at the airline before saying our goodbyes. I would highly recommend this travel agency as every penny was well spent.

We had a wonderful 8 days family tour in Kaohsiung, Tainan and Alisan. Our tour guide is William and he is very flexible and accommodating. He took us to great local food and attractions that is not even in the itinerary. The sunset over Tainan salt field was a beautiful addon. He even went out of his way to bring my son to rock climbing. William also a great treasure of Taiwan stories, history and knowledge. William does his guide work in English but he can explain so much more in Mandarin. A truly wonderful guide.
Vivi, our tour consultant was also very good. She answer all our questions and concerns before the trip. She even contact us a few days into the trip to make sure everything is going smoothly.

My family and I had a great tour experience with Topology. Susan, our tour consultant, is prompt with replies and very patient and helpful to all my questions and changes in the itinerary. Logan, our tour guide, is knowledgable and passionate with his job! He would answer our questions and would not hesitate to take photos of us (despite the rain). Thank you again! Definitely recommend this tour agency!

My partner’s and my trip to Taiwan was the most relaxing, stress-free, and enjoyable trip I think we have ever taken. And the lion’s share of the credit for that lies with our tour guide Logan Chen, our trip planner Core Liu, and their wonderful company Topology Travel.
My partner uses an electric wheelchair, so we decided to hire a local guide to help us out with accessibility issues. We wound up getting far more value than we ever expected. Logan would pick us up after breakfast, drive us to our destination, drop us off at the door, go park the car, come back and lead us through the sometimes labyrinthine wheelchair route to the entrance, pick up our reserved tickets, and then give us a guided tour of the attraction providing historical perspectives and entertaining stories along the way. Then the whole process would be repeated for the next attraction. We never had to worry about navigation, reading street signs, checking hours of operation, locating good restaurants, finding the (often hidden) wheelchair ramps, or even lifting the electric wheelchair into and out of the car. Logan did it all with efficiency, grace, and good humor.
I absolutely cannot recommend Logan, Core, and Topology Travel more highly. Hire them! You’ll be glad you did.

The last time I came to Taiwan we had organised with Topology Travel, and so I was very happy to work with them again. Our travel consultant, Core, was excellent at taking our suggestions for a 4-day private tour and turning them into a well-planned but not too hectic itinerary. The places we stayed at were wonderful and throughly enjoyed them in Tainan and Sun Moon Lake. Our tour guide/driver, Alexis, was also really helpful - especially since our plans to visit Alishan had to be cancelled due to the typhoon. He had excellent recommendations in all the places we visited and we enjoyed his stories about the local culture, history and especially food. Highly recommended!

We were assigned our first guide Henry for our virgin trip to Taipei and Yilan.
Henry is a responsible, kind hearted and zealous guide. My mother in law needs a wheel chair for a large part of her travel and Henry was kind enough to offer to push her wheelchair for us. He is always early and never late, polite and respectful.
Thank you Henry for being such a wonderful host!

Our guide Joanna, came to our hotel in Taipei and took us to Alishan using high speed rail and private van for overnight tour. All aspects of the tour was fun and relaxing. Topology's use of local driver and guides let us enjoy the local culture, especially foods. This is the 2nd time I have used Topology and Joanna was our guide both times. They do an excellent job to make the touring special and customized.

Visit these 4 places in one day is doable but it will be very rushed. It might be very tired for your baby. I will not suggest you visit too many places in one day.
I think yeliou-jiufen or Shifen-Jiufen in one day will be better.
