Sunnyhills always has a good, upscale markey reputation and we purchased their cakes several times. This was the first time we encountered the staff here at the airport, and were a little surprised at their behaviours and attitudes. We arrived and found out they now have a new item - and proceeded to ask what are the main differences. Two of the staff kept gossiping (we can understand every word they said despite us enquiring in English) and never stopped even though we asked them the same question twice. You will see how impossible it is that they cannot see/hear us, considering this to-go booth is small, only about 1.5 metres in length and they were standing right behind behind it. The third lady who was busy elsewhere caught our question and attended to us but also in a rather haphazard and uptight manner, while the two ladies never stopped gossiping, right at the counter/cashier. Their attitude is a big turn-off and not a good representation of the brand, considering how welcoming the staff at all other airport stores were.

the location of this shop is very easy to find...once the escalator take you down to 2nd floor of teeminal 2, you will see it right away! Their pineapple cake is soft and yummy..not dry like other brand. but a bit more expensive..still worth buying as a great souvenir
