This is a wonderful waterfall not to be missed. Realised only locals go there and not tourist by coach as one needs to walk around 20 minutes at least to reach from the parking area. It is definitely a worth while fall to visit in Yilan.

A delightful walk with plenty of scenic views and several stunning waterfalls. I have met only local Taiwanese people on that hike. I think that's a pity because it's one of the most pleasant hikes on the whole island. It isn't easy to find, but...More

It’s not too difficult a walk up but the steps are slippery so wear comfortable sturdy shoes. Nice scenic shots with a pagoda type structure too. Good to visit the nearby cathedral too.

Our driver highly recommended this place and I thanked him for that! It's really a beautiful place with great scenery. As it was wet, I'm glad we have someone to helped us getting in and out of the waterfall pools. The rocks can be rather...More

It's an easy drive of 1 few minutes from Jiaoxi city. After parking, you will pass a few local stalls selling Chinese dried herbs and a couple of noodle stalls. The path is relatively easy to the 2 falls that are open to the public....More

Tracked in a rainy day, yet its worth the time. Go to the church if you have time - takes you about half an hour from the second level.

We climbed to the waterfall. Not too strenuous but delightful. There is a Catholic Church on the hill, allegedly built by hikers caught in a monsoon who prayed to be saved. When they survived they collected money and built a small circular Catholic church dedicated...More
