We visited Porcupine Ceramics and the manager was so nice to give us a little tour to see how they make everything. The workers all smiled and waved as we came through and allowed us to observe their skills at work. We also bought a beautiful piece we can't wait to put in our home! Yitzy and Leeby

This is more like an art gallery than a showroom. Each piece is handmade, imaginative, and unique. We didn't buy anything but enjoyed being able to see all this creativity.

Called in briefly after visiting Birds of Eden. Some beautiful work, some at reasonable prices. Especially attractive were the decorated wash bowls.

We purchased some really nice hand crafted ceramic art here. A framed mirror and a ceramic Triggerfish - well manufactured , beautiful items at reasonable prices. You can watch the artists at work as well.

Beautiful works of art, but quite expensive for the average South African! For foreigners it is really worth a visit

You have to pay a visit to the Crags just to see Porcupine Ceramics. You can see the potters working on their craft and buy a piece or two that takes your fancy. A wonderful gift to take home to family and friends or a souvenir of your visit to South Africa.

Nice shop to browse and some unusual and local ceramics. I could have bought a number of things but had to hold back. I bought a pangolin in the end.

We loved porcupine ceramics (and bought ceramics for us and for the wedding present of friends). The ceramics are done in a very tasteful way. The company is selling the production of a cooperative and you can have a look at the methods of production. Very interesting!

Incredible Raku pottery is made, displayed and sold here. There are regular tours of the factory which are worth a short wait. Should you be tempted to purchase a piece of pottery, staff will pack it carefully so that it can go with you as a piece of hand luggage. We found the staff informative and very helpful
