My husband and I stopped here for lunch one day, quite by chance. We were headed there to sample the cheese, but didn't know they served grilled cheese sandwiches. The choice of the day varies, but ours was delicious, cheese with pear. You can have sampling with an explanation ( in English or French) of age, type and expected flavour.... More

I am weighing here in to emphasize several of the positive comments that have already been posted about this place. It was a lovely experience to stop here and to browse through the products in their shop. Then we got to taste several of their cheeses! The cheeses are based on a sort of cheddar formula and then matured to... More

Even though Vermont has good cheeses this cheese is really worth the trip. Several varieties. Hatley is our favorite! they even make grilled cheese sandwiches on site. Can tour the barns.

What's not to love? Award winning cheeses, housed on a scenic farm down a country road. The only problem: which cheeses to buy and how big a wedge of each. Yum!

Great selection of cheese in wonderful setting. Prices are fair for quality. A little bit outside the main road but worth the detour.

The cheeses here are organic and they are wonderful. They are expanding and I can see why. Definitely worth buying a sampling of their cheeses.

We stopped here as a side trip on our way home in NH from Quebec City. Beautiful countryside, wonderful cheeses, great sandwiches! The woman behind the counter was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our French is terrible and she was kind enough to explain everything in perfect English for us. So many delicious other locally-made goodies in the store. This last... More

Yum! That sums up the cheese here in a word. We stopped here out of curiosity and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness we encountered and delicious samples. We ended up buying cheese... and more cheese. Be sure to stop and see their storage area -- your next wheel of cheese is probably aging in there!

We were travelling in the surrounding rolling hills of Compton when we came upon this place. The cheeses are out of this world. No wonder they win prizes. They also offer other regional products for sale. Pleasant and helpful people.
