We were picked up from our nearby accommodation at 6:15am and on the boat soon after. They really looked after us, frequently providing food, information and other bits like seasickness pills and facecloths. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous, pricing an excellent service throughout....More

A very professional and well organised tour. Breakfast on board. The crew's knowledge of the dolphins and whales spotted was impressive. We were emailed photo's taken by the Raja and Whales crew at the conclusion of the tour. Also, the crew were very attentive to...More

I chose Raja and Whales over others because the past reviews showed that they are the most eco-friendly operator of whale watching tours in Mirissa. And they didnt dissapoint. The crew is made up of a group of local boys who are very enthusiastic about...More

Friday 20th saw at least 12 blue whale sightings and pod of dolphins. Wonderful day. Staff very welcoming and made sure everyone had plenty to eat and was comfortable.....not sick. Really worthwhile on the southcoast.

We saw 4 blue whales on our trip and watched each surface and dive multiple times. It took us 3 hours to find them, but once we did it was 45 minutes of pretty consistent whale watching. The way this company operated was fantastic. They...More

There were young children on the trip but due to the nature of the sea they were constantly cradled in their parents arms. No reason not to take a two year old but be mindful they are not able to roam.

Actually, the posters on site say "3-9 hours". Our cruise was 6.5h - pretty long and exhausting, but a great experience.

Probably not, since the tour can take longer than 6 hours and the sea can be quite rough
