Being a local this is our beach. Very popular as you can catch a wave when the surf is up. Life Guards in various locations along the beach, SWIM BETWEEN THE RED & YELLOW FLAGS!! Can be Dangerous Rips along the Beach at times. Great for a walk with the dog along the designated Dog Beach Area.

We only dropped by this wonderful beach on the way home and loved it instantly! It's not as crowded as the main beach in Noosa, or other nearby beaches, so it is really great if you prefer quieter beaches. Like other beaches around Noosa, the view is also very beautiful and calming. We will be back!!!

Its difficult to tell one beach from another on the Sunny Coast - they are all at least tremendous - if not better !! So, it comes down to what is associated with each beach. At Peregian it is the laid back little [but growing rapidly] village, with an excellent surf club, no high rise buildings, just off the main... More

Beautiful beach for people looking for a quiet beach but it is exposed in an easterly wind which can make it rough for swimming

Peregian Beach is a beautiful beach. The waves are a little rougher than at Noosa, so not great for surfing, but good for swimming. Sure there can be jelly fish from time to time, but they were only really bad one day. It is a lovely quiet beach with long walks, swimming and easily accessed. Definitely recommend

Not many people come to this beach, but certainly a good place to go as it is still as beautiful as other beaches. Less people, more freedom to move around. Dog allows to walk on the beach. Still have Life guard on board, so still safe.

Want to get away from the crowds? Want to swim on an unspoiled wide clean beach? Friendly faces when you do see them? Walk your dog? Let your dog run carefree and lead free? Solve your problems while getting some exercise? Then come to Peregian Beach. The patrolled area near the Village is safe for families but dog free, then... More

Very nice, long, beach. Good for surfing (though I didn't being unable to balance on a anything but the floor) and walking. A liitle windy for hours of sunbathing, but we tried our best :)
