we swam here and enjoyed it . like many of the local beaches it can have quite a strong current and waves can be on occasion difficult to contend with. there are life guards and days when the swell and current are less. there are ice cream shops, cafes and changing facilities

Maybe. It is certainly worth a visit. Lots to do see and eat in town. Lifeguards on the beach makes the whole experience feel safe. Fantastic day on the beach here.

Peregian is the quiet cool kid of the Noosa beaches. The one that doesn't need to show off or wear bling. A lot less manic than Noosa main beach or what Sunshine beach had become more recently. You can let the kids loose in the park or village square with minimal supervision and feel relaxed - I am writing this... More

Nice beach extending all the way to Sunshine beach at one end and Coolum the other. Surf life saving in attendance (part of Noosa Surf Club) Great for early morning walks but watch out for snakes! Wales can be seen during migration season from a nice viewing platform.

Lovely beach that is close to the shops and was lucky to check out the market on Sunday. Different cafes with variety of foods and friendly atmosphere. Beach had lifeguards patrolled and was good they had sunscreen as left mine in the car. Beach is clean and make sure to bring a beach umbrella

A great beach that doesn't seem to get to crowded, with heaps of area to have a quiet sun bath and not be overrun by the mad weekend mob. Beautiful water and very clean, well away from the more touristy areas along the Sunshine Coast.
